Ứng dụng phương pháp phân tử loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) trong phát hiện chẩn đoán bệnh sán lá gan lớn Fasciola spp.

Kỹ thuật khuếch đại đẳng nhiệt qua trung gian vòng (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification_LAMP) là một kỹ thuật rất đặc hiệu, hiệu quả và khuếch đại gen nhanh, trong đó các phản ứng có thể chạy trên một diện nhiệt độ tương đương nhau hay hằng định. Trong các nghiên cứu hiện nay đối với bệnh sán lá gan lớn ở người và gia súc, các nhà khoa học đã phát triển thử nghiệm LAMP để chẩn đoán Fasciola spp. trong phân và các loại bệnh phẩm khác ở gia súc và con người.
