Cập nhật một số ấn phẩm nghiên cứu liên quan đến miễn dịch và điều trị bệnh ghẻ do Sarcopter scabies

Ghẻ là một bệnh truyền nhiễm có thể gây thành dịch do động vật chân đốt Sarcoptes scabies gây ra ở người và một số động vật, phần lớn chúng gây bệnh ở các quốc gia nhiệt dới nóng ẩm và trong đó có cả Việt Nam.

Đặc biệt bệnh có thể lây lan rất nhanh trong môi trường sống đông đúc, sử dụng chung quần áo, mềm chiếu, và khăn mặt như các nhà trẻ, trại quân đội, nhà tù và khu nội trú,…Bệnh dễ phát hiện và điều trị khỏi lệ thuộc vào khâu vệ sinh và chăm sóc thuốc. Gần đây, các nhà khoa học đã nghiên cứu sâu về vấn đề miễn dịch, chẩn đoán phân tử và đặc biệt điều chế vaccine để chống lại căn bệnh này. Dưới đây là một số công trình nghiên cứu như thế nhằm chia sẻ thông tin với các đồng nghiệp trong thực hành lâm sàng dễ nhầm lẫn với các thương tổn trên da khác như nốt muỗi đốt, mụn trứng cá, viêm da cơ địa bội nhiễm, chàm,…
