IMPE-Quy Nhon visiting, giving presents to families in preferential treatment policy and providing voluntary medical examination and treatment for the people in Vinh Kim commune, Vinh Thanh district, Binh Dinh province
Implementing the Decree No.45/ND-CP dated 18th April 2006 of the Government on Gratitude Movement, Document No. 2237/UBND/VX dated 14th June 2013 of the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee of Binh Dinh on contribution and establishment of Gratefulness Fund, on the occasion of the 66th War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the IMPE-Quy Nhon has carried out the gratitude activities for people deserving well of the revolution and their relation at Vinh Kim commune, Vinh Thanh province.
The purposes, significance of the voluntary activity is to launch Party and Government's policy to the people deserving well of the Revolution and educating the staff of IMPE-Quy Nhon on Revolutionary Tradition of the Country; the sacrifice and contribution of the elders for the cause of national liberation and unity; moreover, the activities showed the gratitude of the staff of the IMPE-Quy Nhon to the people who greatly contributed to the revolution at locality.

Present at the gifting ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Van Chuong-Director of IMPE-Quy Nhon, Heads of specialised and functional departments of IMPE-Quy Nhon, Dr. Hua Tu Thao, Director of District Health Centre of Vinh Thanh, leaders of Vinh Kim commune and 50 individuals including war invalids, martyrs' relations and families deserving well of the revolution and the country in wartime; especially, reporters of Binh Dinh television also attended this ceremony . After giving 50 gift packages (each worth 400.000 VND) to Vietnamese heroic mothers and families, Dr. Nguyen Van Chuong visited two typical households in preferential treatment policy of the commune. Together with activities of visiting and giving gifts, the Institute doctors, pharmacists and technicians also provided voluntary examination and treatment, ultrasound scan and free medicines for almost 400 people of Vinh Kim commune. The HCMCYU of the IMPE-Quy Nhon coordinated with the HCMCYU of Vinh Kim commune to do environmental sanitation such as bush clearance and stagnant pools filling to minimize intermediaries of transmitting diseases as well as launch the people to preserve their surrounding environment. | Doing environmental sanitation (bush clearance) |
After voluntary activities, the staff mission of IMPE-Quy Nhon has left good impression on the people as well as the local government of Vinh Kim commune, Vinh Thanh district.
